Dr. Lisa Anderson is a Minnesota native. Dr. Anderson holds a BS in biology from the University of Minnesota and a DVM from the University of Missouri. Her veterinary journey includes a small animal rotating internship at the University of Minnesota Veterinary Teaching Hospital, a surgical internship at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists and a small animal surgical residency at the University of Missouri. She spent several years working in Utah prior to fulfilling a long time dream of moving out to Hawaii. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities like scuba diving, boating, snowboarding, hiking and she is currently learning to surf.  She has two cats, Benny and Dewey, who are excited for their new adventures as island cats.
